First: General Conditions
- All contributions should not contradict Islamic principles and values.
- Content of contributions should not contradict the conference objectives.
- The presented topic should be included within the themes of the conference and its activities.
- Submitted papers must not have been published or accepted for publication in any academic journal or earlier conference inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Submitted papers will be examined by professionals through a specialized program to check for possible plagiarism. Any breach of academic integrity or violation of conditions will result in disregarding the submitted paper.
Second: Technical Guidelines for Submitted Papers
- Compliance with all fundamentals of academic research, especially originality and contribution to knowledge in the field
- Papers should be written in Arabic or English observing grammar, spelling and punctuation rules.
- Submitted papers should not be less than 8 pages and should not exceed 15 pages including references, appendices, and graphs. Papers should include the following contents: cover page which contains the title of the paper and/or names of participants, abstract, introduction, nature of the problem, aims of the study, methodology and design, discussion, findings and analysis, recommendations, conclusion, and references.
- Papers should not include more than 6 charts and graphs.
- An abstract must be submitted and should not exceed 250 words. The abstract should include: introduction, nature of the problem, implemented methodology, summary of main findings, and recommendations. The abstract has to be uploaded in a separate folder.
- Papers should be submitted using Microsoft Word program, A4 paper size in accordance with the special format/template determined on the page which specify the ways of participation in the conference website.
